Hope to get to see it, but care to fill us in on whatever key points there were?

not so much what he said, just delivery.. doesn't seem like the "fuck you, you don't deserve an answer you piece of shit little fans.. this will work because I'm Jerry Richardson and I say it will...."

seemed very genuine, good sense of humor, confident (due to past success) but not cocky... got chocked up for a few seconds talking about either his departed Mother or mother-in-law.. couldnt quite understand which he was referring..

philosophy will be draft centered, input will be gathered and respected from all parties involved...

High price free agents "dangerous" but will evaluate all avenues to improve roster on individual basis.. added... "gold mines out there, you don't have to spend a ton of cash to get a good player."

Rivera.. hinted he has a clean slate, will evaluate from here forward. "no list of head coaches in his back posket"

evaluating roster "pieces are there" "There are good players out there looking for work and a lot of them will work on one-year contract."

no planned changes in personel dept.. need to give them the tools to get the job done..

"Litmus test on cap decisions... If ink is dry and you're not happy you have made a mistake."

wants OC to run a "balanced offense.." search on going...

I don't like the sound of that, but it explains why Richardson liked him, plus he'd have to say something to that effect anyway given the horrendous cap situation.

    Reminds me of Foxy.

Like what he said about big guys. Hope to see OL and DL come draft day.

And taking a look at past NY drafts thats certaintly a theme.

Were obviously fucked Cap wise. Didnt even want to touch it but nothing wrong with finding good players on one year salaries. Lets see what they can do before we open the checkbook.

We wont have the cash for Osi, but it'll be interesting to see what we do.
They might want to unload their safety who has barely played.

And talking safety, does Godfrey stay at FS?

only worry there is that the Giants' OL kinda sucks. But, their DL is just fine, and that might mean a couple vets at DT in anticipation that it's not a good top pick (and it's slowly looking more shitty at 14).

Rocky Bernard might be interesting. Phillips is a FA. But, I don't see the guy as tied to Giants' guys unless they're a better than average value.

I think there's that flexibility. Godfrey, if he's able, could call the signals and do OK, just because I don't think they'll be using anyone with more experience than him at the other spot. They don't play him near the line (and 2011 proved he shouldn't) so it doesn't matter, but his missed tackles stats apparently rapidly improved this year.
