It's not just a question of RG3 being faster, he's also a vastly better passer. TBW was correct that durability is the only thing Cam has over Griffin.

I bet if they raced today Cam would win.

He is not as quick or accurate, but I prefer Cam's durability, toughness and leadership abilities.

Durability is vastly undervalued by many.

Seriously, have we been watching the same guy? I'm hoping he develops better leadership, but he's not in RG3's universe when it comes to leading a franchise.

    Why?

I think RGIII is a more likeable guy, but I don't think that makes him a better leader.

Cam went to position meetings to apologize for his play at the beginning of the season. In press conferences, he always took the blame for his mistakes. (Not to mention that he had to play perfect for us to even have a chance to win.) When he was hurt, he was out a few plays and back in even though the game was meaningless.

I believe Cam is more willing to hold his teammates accountable for their play.

Like I said, I prefer his leadership qualities.

    :rolleyes5:

Cam is a crybaby, narcissistic asshole who pouts and isolates himself when things go wrong. He is the absolute opposite of a leader.

There is something to that, but I don't think RG3 is fragile. I think Shannahan very foolishly exposed him to unnecessary injury risk.

I think he adjusted the way he handled adversity. I saw him working with the coaches on plays that he missed during the season. He is an asshole though. He wont take shit off of no one. I like that toughness in a QB.
