    I wonder if any part of the waiting game by the Panthers on making a decision on Coach Rivera is due to Bronco's Mike McCoy? I know the Panthers and Jerry Richardson, in particular, were fond of McCoy when he served as quarterback coach for the Panther's. Any thoughts?

    could, but I hope not. The waiting game seems to be for the GM search, which in part might have to do with Ross interviewing with anyone that'll have him.

    God, why?

    McCoy's too young to be HC, yes - but he's a legit riser, and in a few years, I think he will be no worse than say, a Jason Garrett...who I feel is in league with a Chud...too smart for their own good, and horrible gameday callers, despite being brilliant x's and o's guys.

    McCoy maybe suited for the overall management of a team but I just don't see anything on his resume that shows he's anything special as an offensive mind.

    Mike McCoy has done less than nothing to deserve HC consideration. He's Cam Cameron 2.0. Peyton Manning is probably endrorsing him just to get him the fuck out of the way.

    The day we hire him is the day I give up on this franchise.
