    Rivera's stoicism has nothing to do with his coaching ability, I know...but today it is weirding me out....

    I don't think there's any great motivator on this coaching staff, which is unfortunate because I think they're all very talented. I just don't know who's in charge of the football team.

    It's tempting to want him fired now anyway, but that wouldn't be fair. Though I wouldn't mind letting him go with a game or two left just to get a head start on the coaching search.
