    I know it's been said already, but there really aren't enough good head coaches and general managers out there who are available. So, if the elite guys already have jobs, and you are left with finding a "diamond in the rough" or some up-and-coming guys - what are our hopes when the owner has already shown he may not have the ability to find these guys? Sorry to be pessimistic, but how is this franchise going to turn around?

    It doesn't make much sense because Rivera is still around (and actually has more control now). Plus JR was the one rambling with that "I wanted a former player" bullshit back when we hired him.
