    Normally that shit bothers me, but I don't think that's a terrible point about Rivera. He really does seem like a guy who's just happy to be an NFL head coach.

    I wouldn't mind him being animated, but the word "passion" in that context made me lose my shit with laughter given its history here.

    It's less about him being animated and more about him being in charge of his team. His awful record aside, there's too much insubordination going on.

    I don't blame that all on Rivera. I'm just don't think he's a good HC. The whole situation was never good. Not firing Hurney after 2010 was a misstep by Richardson.

    Definately too much chatter getting outside the locker room. Not a good sign.

    Its like a substitute teacher that cant control the kids.
