    I think they should pay them handsomely. Full time gig. But if they suck, next.

    They do already. Minimum is like 150K per year for 20 weeks working one day a week.

    The refs union is praying this week is a disaster. If its not they might as well come back to work monday, if they still can.

    They did a good job on the opener. What they should do is allow for 2 penalty replays a game and keep the replacements. Refs are never as critical to the outcomes of games as losers make them out to be anyway.

    Yeah but they're not full time.

    I guess they did okay the other night. That crew. Missed Cruz getting mugged in the EZ but the regular refs stink it up at times too.

    They never called half the holding infractions for us (Peppers) anyway.
