I'd trade Lee before I traded Hamels.

Dint think so, when he pitches well they give him no run support , and when he pitches only so so he gets less. That and middle relief for the phillies suck monkey nuts. I could care less if chad quarles ever pitches again. The majority of the phillies problem is their offense. There hasn't been any. Utleys knees are about ready to suffer from atrophy and Ryan Howard hasn't come back. Ruiz has been great batting around 350 and Hunter Pence has been as well but Victorino, Rollins and Polanco have struggled and Mayberry and whomever they roll out at 2nd before Utleys return haven't been for squat. Hoping for better luck after break at somewhat full health. Halladay should be back but the third week of July as should Howard

The season is shot for the Phils. Time to get younger. Though I think this team could compete for the division next year if healthy, after that the future looks awfully dim with so many young and talented teams in the NL East. Get younger while the gate will still be high in Philly and fans will still show up suffering through a bad season or two. Look at the Mets right now. I'm sure they aren't sad Reyes is a Marlin.

I think it would be crazy to sell now. The Phillies can make the playoffs and win it all once they get there.

I fully expect Victorino getting moved. From what I've read he is asking for large coin and are far apart from what the Phillies are offering. They really need to bite the bullet and pay Hamels the Matt Cain money he wants. No way in hell do layers like John Mayberry Jr ever need to be more than a 4th outfielder. Once Victorino is moved bring back Dominick Brown and leave him alone. Time to sink or swim and know once and for all what he is. He was a top 10 minor league player with a bright future. Polanco as good as he is (average wise) but his ship has sailed
