No one playing a kids game should be making that kind of money.

asik got an offer of $25 million for 3 years from the rockets.

at some point, you'd have to agree that if everybody is being overpayed, then nobody is.

Joe johnson to the nets contingent on. Deron William resigning with nets. All but kills Dwight Howard to nets.

It is nice to see them making an effort to find a big man who can play. I hope they land someone decent whether it is Hickson or someone else.

They have the cap room for all that? If they pull it off they should be a serious threat to the Heat. The Heat are weakest at PG and Center and the Nets would be very strong at both positions.

they don't need the cap space since this would be a trade. they'd have to sign-and-trade a handful of players whose contracts are expiring in order to return salary, but it's doable.

the nets won't be able to sign dwight as a free agent (assuming williams stays) since they won't have the cap space next year to sign a max player, so that removes a bit of leverage they have over the magic.

Havent the Heats big three all signed for like 13 mil a piece? If d will gets a max deal and assuming Howard gets large and joe Johnson's absurd concert is max they can't sign shit for a while
