I preferred Robinson but MKG will probably be a good player too. They really need a guy who can score in the post but they should have another lottery pick next year so who knows.

Yeah, they obviously loved MKG since you were guaranteed to get either him or Robinson at #4.

Only because they lucked into the #1 pick. I can't understand why they would take Rivers at #10 given that they need him to play point guard. I think that blows up in their face.

I don't understand taking Jeff Taylor at 31. He's a decent enough prospect, but plays the same exact position as MKG.

not that Festus Ezeli is a great prospect but if he had fallen just one more spot we could have taken him instead of Taylor and had another big man. Plus having a guy named Festus on the team would be cool.

The team currently known as the Hornets is easily my team to hate next season. Maybe their team plane could land on Stern`s house.

They certainly come out of this draft with much more talent that we did despite having a much better record last season.

That's the one think I didn't understand as well. I thought there were a few PF prospects they could have gone after.

I guess they'll play a lot of small ball with Biyombo at the 5 and no true power forward.

Well I get that they want to run and having a smaller team does that, but 2 young guys at one position makes no sense at all. I still think they could have gone after Bernard James or Mike Scott, but that's my opinion and I don't know their entire plan at this point. I think either of those guys could have handled a running team. I mean seriously did anybody watch FSU play ball this past year???

I don`t remember seeing St. Johns play with Dunlap as their coach. He`s talking he wants fast tempo(why not, its only a 24 second clock), high energy(not sure he is going to get that from the pro guys), and he appears to be an ass-chewer( works well for Pop in San Antonio), we`ll see what happens here.
The dude has small ball wrote all over him.
