    All 7 signed allready? I guess that is one of the positive ramifications of the new CBA. Not a lot of wiggle room for agents to dick around with. You are picked at #N and you get $X.

    So basically they told him to here's the playbook, be ready to play all 3 LB positions...

    Assuming Beason & Davis are healthy, he's WLB in the 4-3 & an ILB in a 3-4... and we're a beast on defense


    Either Davis or Beason gets hurt, he's going to their spot...

    i didn't think LB was a huge need, but damn I'm getting happy about this pick

    If everything around the linebackers wasn't so shitty, I'd agree. I'll be surprised if it's a top 20 defense.

    We'd still need significant improvements from special teams, which is questionable at best since we're stuck with the same shitty kicker.
