At his age if he were willing to take less money I would think he would rather take less at a place that was close to or already were a championship caliber team, like ok city or Miami. Jordan probably won't even make a call

He was pretty miffed when he left, so he's very unlikely to give us any kind of discount. He might come back if the money was right, but at this point I think the team wouldn't be interested in bringing him back.

Just wishful thinking I guess. He is the closest thing this franchise has ever had to a player who was the face of the team.

I wouldn't mind seeing it happen because he's my all time favorite Bobcat, but I think if they're going with a rebuild there's just no place for him.

If he would sign for a deal that did not kill our salary cap then he could be helpful. He is a better player than anyone we have but more than that he would set a good example for our young guys. Wallace always worked hard and hustled.

i suspect he'd make more playing for somebody else. he's got a few more useful years left so i can't seem him wanting to waste them on a crap team -- particularly with how he left the bobcats. any contender would love to have him if he wanted to just take a min contract for a shot at a ring. if he wanted playing time on a team that has a shot, his options are more limited, but i'm sure he's got some. if he just wanted to cash in and sign on to a team desperate for somebody at his position, he could probably do that as well.

basically, it seems like playing for the bobcats is probably way, way, way down on his list of options.

He pretty much hates the Bobcats for trading him.
