Adams can play the scatback role for sure but agree with Collin in that Tolbert lessens the need but options are options and these are nice ones to have. Man, were looking dynamic on O now. Hope Shock comes back tomorrow.

I'm guessing he'll be returning kickoffs as well, but it's not something he did much at Arkansas.

I dont know that we had a good slot reciever last year. If he can fill that type of role Id be Ok with him.

Shit, I'd be ok with it if he can give our offense good field position, and score a few TDs on STs.

Bummer if so. I don't see why you spend a fourth on a guy who only contributes as a punt returner.

Maylock said he thought he was the best punt returner in the draft

we've been looking for him. i look at it like this, we're taking a shot on a receiver who can at least do something for us right now, and hopefully do it well while we find out if he can play receiver too. hopefully w/ the focus on special teams we can win 2 out of 3 phases this yr in most games.

This thrills me. That's all I ask. If he can become a dynamic punt returner - or hell, even a really good punt returner, he's worth his spot. If he can play the slot, then that's serious gravy.
