I agree about the LaFell comment simply because Brandon has had time in the system and does a lot of the little things, but the Gettis comment is just dumb. Even before he got hurt he only ran like three different routes with any success. He is strictly a deep threat, although he's pretty good at that. Ideally you want him to come in for three wide sets to stretch the defense.

Using the CBS rankings in the OP:

9 - Reiff -> My guy Cox is gone, I've made it known I don't like Coples, it's too high for Floyd IMO, Ingram doesn't fit our defensive scheme, and we don't need a first round MLB. Should start at RT immediately, moving Otah (if he ever plays again) inside to guard. Can be a Jordan Gross clone and man the left side after Gross retires in a few years. Hard to pass those guys up.

40 - Vinny Curry, DE Marshall -> Prefer Chandler Jones, but he's gone in this ranking. Janoris Jenkins goes one pick before, but I wouldn't trade up for that ass hat.

104 - Ryan Broyles, WR OK -> Developmental prospect that I think can be very, very good once he heals up. Believe it or not, I'm very tempted by Russell Wilson here, but just too high still for a 3rd string QB, no matter how much potential I think he has.

137 - Josh Norman, CB Coastal Carolina -> I don't think he'll be available here, but I'll damn sure take him

168, 201 -> Once you get this low in the draft, I don't know almost any of these players, so I'm not going to pretend to know which one I'd want.

    Since they changed their ranking:

#9) Quinton Coples, DE, UNC - Peter King had an interesting stat in his MMQB column showing that first round defensive linemen make Pro Bowls a hell of a lot more often than most other positions (linebacker was the worst by his count). Pro Bowls aren't a definitive judgment, but it squares with what I believe that it's much harder to find impact defensive linemen outside the first round than any other position. The combination of size and physical talent doesn't slip through the cracks that often. Specifically regarding Coples, it's sad to see him experiencing the same curse that Peppers did of people having unreasonable expectations and then killing him for failing to meet what they imagined he would do. The guy was one of the most productive defensive linemen in college football the last two seasons. Elite talent + very good production = no-brainer. Don't overthink this.

#40) Zach Brown, OLB, UNC - Not where I intended to go with this, but I was surprised to see him listed so low. He is an elite pursuit defender against the run while also above average in coverage. This is your Thomas Davis replacement, although it wouldn't hurt to have him learn for a season behind TD.

#104) Josh Chapman, NT, Alabama - Very productive college player who has the size and strength to be effective on the nose in either a 3-4 or 4-3. Plus how can you not love a guy who played most of the season on a torn ACL?

#137) Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina - I didn't intend to ignore corner this long, and here it was hard to choose between Norman and Shaun Prater. I haven't seen Norman play, so I'm basing this strictly on the description of him as a good press corner since I like having that ability regardless of how often you use press coverage. It sounds like Norman takes too many risks, but even though I like Prater a lot, I'm not sure he's more than a great nickel corner and special teamer. Munnerlyn already gives that. Norman is more of a gamble, but has the potential to be a starter down the line.

#168) Dwight Jones, WR, UNC - I've never picked this many UNC guys in any mock before, and Jones certainly makes you think twice after his dumb stunts with the facebook party. Still, he's a very poor man's Hakeem Nicks who high-points the ball well and has the hands to bring down a catch in traffic. He doesn't really fit the team's vertical passing game, but would give a better possession element than Naanee did. Also considered Asa Jackson.

#201) Andrew Datko, OT, FSU - More finesse than I usually like my offensive tackles, but at least he'll be capable in pass protection even if he may struggle to get push as a run blocker. High character, high effort player who at worst gives you solid future depth.

    How do you quantify this?

    I saw this on NFLN:

    http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-draft/09000d5d828445ba/DE-Quinton-Coples-to-attend-2012-NFL-Draft

The guy looks stoned, and mumbles like an idiot. I realize it's just an interview, but Jesus, these media appearances are job interviews of a sort for these prospects. Act like you want it.

As for the rest of your picks, no arguments here. I forgot all about Dwight Jones, but sure, he's worth a 6th or 7th round flyer.

Defensive line doesn't require much intelligence. I think DL and CB have by far the lowest average Wonderlic scores.

Also, TE and DB tend to have better performers come from the lower scores.

you'd take Zach Brown over Lavonte David? Can't say I've studied film on them, although seen both play, but from my observation as well as the scouting reports it seems like David is flat out a better "football player". Although Brown has some amazing physical skills and better size....

I haven't seen anyone rank David above Brown as a prospect.
