They've had a crazy ass few years:

    Shanny gone
    McDaniels/ Cutler drama
    Tebow draft.
    McDaniels being a douchebag.
    Elway joining.
    Foxy.
    Tebowmania / playoffs.
    Manning.

this situation reminds me of then the OSU ad commented about worrying the Tressel would fire him, Foxy needs to worry that Manning fires him.

as long as he has his quarterback, he's a damn good coach, but I like Rivera better. Jenkins never bought into Fox that much because he claimed Foxy was a 'do as i say, not as I do' kinda guy. Dont think Rivera will have that problem. Also, I'm sure the players appreciate the fact that their owner played with Johnny Unitas and Rivera played on the '85 Bears. No one else in the league can say anything like that.

This is how its going down, Peyton will go to Elway with any QB talks, Peyton will be calling and executing the plays during the games,,,,,,,,,, I just hope they tell Foxy something about what they're doing, so Foxy wont look too stupid during postgame interviews.

In the end, Foxy wins, because ignorant a$$es will give Foxy credit for coaching the Broncos to all these wins that they have coming the next few years. They will all say "it is what it is".

Fox teams have over achieved to their talent levels in the past. Last years Devner team is an example of that as were the 2005 Panthers.

The thing to watch here is the way they are building a team. JR tends to rule out possible moves before they have a chance to be evaluated with "policy". High character requirements after Carruth, free agency after Gilbert/White/Smith are just a couple of examples.

The way to build a team is through the draft AND free agency. Just do your medical homework and don't buy D linemen with bad knees. We exclude the free agency side too much.

Yeah - I also think that by 2010 he lost his mojo here in Charlotte. That was awful.

Fox will be basically an administrator. He has JDR running his D, and Manning as his QB.
