Keep in mind Broncos fans were cheering Cutler's exit and hailing Kyle Orton a hero and a better QB.

can you see Manning's face when Fox tells him that:

"the punt isn't a bad play".
    "we're a run-first offense"
"we like to keep it close and pull it out in the 4th"

I think it's more about the blatant disrespect Elway & Fox have shown Tebow since the time he got his chance at the starter. I have never seen a front office and head coach openly talk shit about a young quarterback that way, and him having a winning record makes it even more mind-boggling. It's not so much about Peyton as it is the fact that Fox already said they were bringing in quarterbacks regardless of what Manning decides. Leaving Denver would be the best thing for Tebow because it's such a toxic atmosphere. You never want to work in a place where the bosses clearly don't want you.

This stands out to me, since Fox did exactly that in 2010.

This isn't a Tebow issue. It happens all the time. Everyone is trying for Manning.
    • The Jets "disrespect" Sanchez by going after Manning so when they lose they stupidly extend Sanchez
    • The Catrdinals "disrespect" Kolb by going after Manning so when they lose Kolb gets his 7 million dollars
    • The Miami "disrespect" Moore or whomever they have by going after Manning so when they lose they get Flynn or they better hope so
    • The Seahawks "disrespect" Whitehurst or Travaris Jackson by going after Manning so when they lose they go after Flynn
    • The Titans "disrespect" Hasselbeck by going after Manning so when they lose watch them extend Hasselbeck until Locker is ready
    • The Chiefs "disrespect" Cassell by going after Manning so when they lose well their stuck with Cassell

    Welcome to the NFL

Maybe they feel like Tebowmania is a big fucking distraction, one not worth the potential upside of him as a QB. Personally I'd keep him around, but I also understand the other side of it.

It's pretty obvious that Elway and Fox do not want Tebow for obvious reasons. I've heard Tebow is either going to be traded or cut when/if Manning signs.

OH and I forgot how Cleveland disrespected Colt McCoy by being in the mix for Manning

Why give Hasselbeck an extension if he's losing? They'll bench his ass and go to Locker immediatley
