    It might have something to do with him threatening to leave if the team doesn't start winning.

    And him being an icon and entertainer, becoming a reality. IF he continues to progress and the team is successful, he will be a mega star.

    Why worry about this now?

    If he pulls a Peppers in a couple years, no problem, we slap a franchise tag on his ass and trade him to the highest bidder.

    It's just a discussion. Obviously it's not a pressing issue right now, for Panthers fans. Hurney's allocation of funds, and the restrictions it's putting on options to improve the team would be my primary concern.

    Maybe.

    Or maybe it's trending on a message board to continue saying he's leaving in however many years and going to the Jets. Or maybe it's just old, and a stupid thing to say, based off of one silly comment by a young kid who can't speak that well to begin with.
