OK then, nevermind. I'll just sit here quietly then.

Really not trying to bust your balls. It can be fun to disagree about draft prospects, but we do seem to disagree about these guys. I'll watch PSU against Houston and see if Still looks better than I remember. As for Coples, I was the one telling people I didn't want any part of him in the top 5 when it looked like we'd be picking there, but at #9 I don't think there are a lot of great choices and I agree with your earlier assertion that if BPA is close then defense gets the tie-breaker. I wish there was a DT worthy of that pick, but there just isn't.

well, you might want to work on being a lot less of a prick about it, if you want people to actually discuss things with you. I'm aware of the inevitability of the Coples pick, but I don't really like it.

Or you could ice down your lady parts and be a lot less sensitive. Jesus. I just posted some relevant links and comments, it's not like I condemned you to hell for liking Still or criticizing Coples.

you were going to stifle that part of the discussion, there's no doubt.

Which is fine. We don't have to talk about Still. Fuck, we can draft Coples. Won't be the first time we drafted someone I didn't want. We need line help, and it'll give the UNC fans something to slobber over uncontrollably.

It's an area of need and he's a solid player, but I'd prefer to address the defensive line if there was a player truly worthy of it.

    edit:
Ah, I see that Still was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. That's why he mysteriously jumped up so high in mock drafts the last couple of weeks when I almost never saw him mentioned as a potential first rounder before that.

it's funny, I've only seen him as a first rounder. I've never seen him listed as a 3rd. But what the fuck do I know.
