    In '06 the saints starters only played in the first drive on offense (which ended up in a quick TD). Then Payton pulled his starters for the playoffs. The mighty panthers ended up with a cheap W against the second and third stringers. . .. or that would have been a 7-9 year too btw. They are not going to rest starters again, unless maybe it's in the second half with a huge lead. They got a harsh lesson in awayplayoffgameology that year. Regardless of week 17 they are probably going to get another harsh lesson at Lambeau this year.

    What would you possibly gain from beating up on Chase Daniel? I'd rather see them try to measure up against a team in full playoff mode. There's nothing more depressing than playing against a team that isn't even trying to win.

    Then every team the panthers played last year should have been on suicide watch. :drums: . .. I gotta million 'em :rolleyes2: :sleep:
