That you've been harping endlessly for a decade over players who weren't playing up to your standards - players who were winning - and you're defending a guy who is statistically much worse because you don't like what people are saying about him.

    That type of 'telling'.

You could show me where I've spent a ton of time "shitting" on the guy - but I don't really give that much of a shit, I'm OK with everything I've said about the guy, and you have an issue with criticism of him, for some fucking reason.

So, here you go. I don't like his arm strength, either. Get bunched up about it. Live and die based on what people are saying about an option quarterback in his first year playing.

Cool, now you're just randomly making shit up to distract from the fact that you were bashing the shit out of Tebow and praising Skelton. I criticize players who play poorly. Tebow hasn't been playing poorly. He's inaccurate, and I already said so, but he makes up for that in other areas. Meanwhile you're pretending that completion percentage is the most important thing for determining whether or not a quarterback is playing well, only that doesn't seem to apply to Skelton since you chose to praise him.

This just goes back to you being a hypocrite, mags. You make emotional judgments about players and invent reasons to criticize players you don't like while ignoring those reasons when they pertain to someone you do. You've never been able to keep your biases in check, and then you can't be honest about those biases when they show up.

    Already did: http://www.thisboardrocks.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2684621#post2684621

Nope, I have an issue with you being hypocritical and dishonest. I have no problems with someone saying that Tebow is an inaccurate passer, which should be obvious since I've said so myself. But you'll just keep right on bitching and whining because I called you out for being a hypocrite and you get incredibly defensive when someone proves that you're full of shit.

Except I've not said either of these things. This is where, since you're all about fairness and that type nonsense, you'd call yourself a liar.

And if that's your example of "shitting" on him, you're just being a huge pussy about all this and overcritical of criticism of this guy - for essentially no reason.

Oh hey look, it's you saying exactly what I claimed you said:
And I think outright stating that Tebow is "not a good quarterback" and then endorsing Urlacher's idiotic statement that "he's a pretty damn good running back" constitutes shitting on the guy. You've already said that the religion stuff rubs you the wrong way, so I guess that's the reason you're crapping on him.

And again, my reaction isn't about Tebow. He's an interesting story, but I hate Florida and have no particular fondness for the Broncos. I'm reacting to you being hypocritical and dishonest, since it's always bugged me when you do that.

I actually thought Tebow would be a better passer. 48% is absolutely miserable. Maybe that will improve, who knows.

    except it isn't.

But, cool deal on suggesting that you're defending a 48% completing quarterback because you have obsession issues with me.

Nobody gives a shit about that. That only works with Tebow.

Tavaris Jackson is completing 60%, and Seattle is only a game behind Denver.

It's not unusual at all for a young quarterback. Eli completed 48.2% over his first nine starts, then 52.8% over his next sixteen. Why is it that no one besides me seems to have a clue about statistics and NFL history? I honestly get tired of knowing so much more than the rest of you. Click on a fucking link every once in a while so you don't end up relying on me to teach you absolutely everything.

Yes, it is. I provided a quote of you saying exactly what I claimed you said when you insisted I was lying. You're the one who lies, magnus, not me. You did say Tebow is " not a good quarterback" based on his completion percentage, and you did praise Skelton even though his completion percentage is shitty too. You're a hypocrite who bashes Tebow because you dislike his religious association, as you proved earlier in this thread.

I agree with you when you're right, like about the shotgun runs. I call you out when you're being hypocritical or dishonest, and you've been both in this thread.
