it's amazing how little any of this has to do with actually playing quarterback. Great, he overcame adversity. He's still not playing well. That's why I don't care about the side stories and the glitz, and want to either hear about QBs that play well or at least not hear all about this guy when he's not breaking 200 yards.

hey, i didn't say that all alone stuff, or anything about non-belief. i just said tebow's wrong and his belief will evolve over his life after his brain finishes developing and he has seen more of life. i'm not christian, but i had respect for reggie white's faith. i'll have respect for tebow's when he gets a little older and more mature with it, even though i think its silly and childish in the end (not faith, christianity). he's doesn't seem real bright and its probably the best he'll ever do, and i can respect that.

So many interesting stories this year are getting buried. I think it's pretty amazing that John Skelton is winning games for Arizona. Tebow was a dominant QB in the SEC, yet people foam at the mouth over this every week.

Drew Brees is 6 feet tall and he's about to have a 2nd 5,000 yard season. That's pretty fucking amazing and nobody seems to be paying attention.

I liked Skelton coming out (and while we're Collining, MJD was my favorite back in the draft that year, but I did assume him a 2nd because of his height).

Rodgers might be having the best season a QB will have ever had. Jared Allen has a legit shot at breaking the sack record on a very terrible team. Von Miller has 11.5 sacks as a 4-3 rookie linebacker, and he's a complete player. The Eagles are rightfully choking, the Cowboys set themselves up just enough to choke again very soon. Brees throwing for 10000 yards in two years is fucking nuts.

Cam Newton might throw for 4000 and run for 500, could've thrown and run for 20/20 in better circumstances. It's still ridiculous that he's going to do the 4000 yards passing deal, and he's second in rush TDs.

These things happened on a football field.

I'm betting Tebow and Denver get their asses kicked by the Patriots. I'd like to see them win, but I have a feeling Tebow will be too far behind to come back today.

Buddy of mine at work compiled some of Tebow's incompletions in the first 2-3 quarters of each of his wins as a starter.

Credit to PIMPFOX for getting that defense to ball. Also, Dennis Allen. Also, Dave Magazu for getting that o-line rollin'.

But, holy fuck (and, yes, HOLY fuck), Tebow is a horrible passer.

And HOLY fuck--as Brian Urlacher pointed out--he's a pretty damn good running back.

It's like playing Madden 12, taking Peyton Hills (back when he wasn't Kenny Powers) and turning his pass accuracy rating from 20 to 70. You end up with a bruising back that can throw smoke screens, slants, and heave the occasional 7 or 9. I'm not one of these fucktard traditionalists that thinks "that style can't hold up" in the NFL. As long as they move the chains, limit turnovers, and keep ballin' on defense and special teams (coached by the great Jeff Rodgers), they'll be a tough out in cold ass AFC January weather.

I'm pullin' for those fuckers....less for Tebow and more for that silver-haired PIMP.

I think New England's defense matches up well. Washington presented challenges because Shanny opened up the playbook, and since NE has a sporadic pass rush and marginal coverage skills in the back 7, it worked.

I can't help but remember what Aaron Rodgers did to Denver's defense a couple months back. I know some things have changes, but....well.....Brady is pretty fucking good.

    Tough game to call.

And Skelton has been awful this season. He's a waste of space who shouldn't even be in the league.
