so Cam is 6/8 but up until that Smith pass, had gone exclusively short. He'd gotten as much on the one play (30) as he'd had before that. A little disappointed we haven't gotten more than 3 in two trips to midfield.




here's some context, Indy has scored ten points and has run one play in the redzone in the last two weeks. If this isn't an epic day for us defensively, I don't know what to say.

 

Newton's 10th - I can only think of a few skill players over the years to score 10 in a season - Davis has 12, Walls had 12, Jeffers - Moose had 14 that one year, DW and Stew had those - guy has an outside shot at the franchise record of 20.
That's kinda weird. He's got a good shot at another today, but maybe we can spread it around a bit first. I did forget he led the SEC in rushing, which again is weird.

This could get ugly though. The home fans cheered the hell out of that reception, not sure if they would see it again today.

 

that was a first round RB, they brought in a FB for just such a thing, and the Colts do run the ball well, but still - really? For fuck's sake, man. And same for Munnerlyn - really? You go PI on that wounded duck pass?
