    So make your argument. Clearly a college football playoff would absolutely not determine "the best team," and it clearly would significantly damage the regular season. If someone is fine with all that and just wants a playoff at the end anyway because they think it would be entertaining, ok.

    Unless LSU loses in the SEC championship, it's gonna be LSU/Alabama again. I'm also betting Oklahoma knocks off OK State next week to end any argument. I just hope LSU/Alabama round 2 will be high scoring, even if it involves a bunch of turnovers and/or defensive mistakes.

    Unless Clemson gets its shit together real fast, VT is gonna blow them out in the ACC championship game. Clemson always falls apart in big games. Losing 10-zip to SC right now. :sick2:

    I'll admit that I would be less of an NFL fan if they adopted a BCS format. I'll also admit that a BCS format probably produces a more authentic championship match-up.

    It is obvious that LSU has the best team in college football. If UGA can beat them next week then does that mean LSU gets knocked out of the National Championship even though they had the best team in football. Should we penalize LSU for one lose and send them to another BCS bowl based upon the fact they lost one game.

    With a playoff system if LSU was to lose to UGA and drop to 3rd or 4th in the standings then they would still be able to get into the BCS playoffs.

    LSU is locked into the national championship regardless of what happens against Georgia. It's also annoying that you make bullshit excuses for a playoff without answering a single god damned one of the points I made in earlier responses to you.
