    If that happened Hurney would spend the top half of the draft on the O line to protect the marketing investment.

    Lion's secondary is weak, if O-line gives Cam time to throw we have a good shot. With Shockey out look for more 4WR sets, Armanti gonna get his chance this week. (and probably do nothing)

    Shockey being out hurts us and doesn't mean we use 4 WRs, it may mean we use a back up TE. Even if we do throw more WRs on the field, that just means the defense throws more DBs. I'd much rather have Shockey lined up against a LB, than some 4th rated WR lined up against a DB.

    Quick passes will help as well as getting thr run established. Fairley and Suh get after the QB as well as anyone but they are susceptible to the pass

    Actually the run defense is arguably Detroit's biggest weakness, especially since they will keep the safeties deep out of respect for Cam. I just don't think Carolina has the interior linemen to push around their guys the way some teams can.

    This is my big worry. Of course if he cheap shots Newton he'll probably be suspended a game or 2

    Unless Stafford gets hurt I don't see how Detroit doesn't score at least 30.
