    I have to assume someone thought theyd be caught with too many men on the field so they took that timeout.

    Chalk it up to inexperience. Rookies are always a little nervous in those clutch situations.

    stupid play to call T/O.

    Defense has right to make equal subs as offense. Refs should have held up snap until players could get off the field
