Clueless? Fuck You....find it for yourself or tune into the dang networks...I don't remember who exactly has said it, but it's been quite a few....which shocks me whenever I hear it....I listen to NFL network and ESPN daily and Fox/CBS gamedays, every Sunday during the season.. I don't recall anybody saying it so much this season yet, as opposed to last year and some this offseason. but it's primarily talking heads and 'guests' analysis folks as well. I know I kinda cringe when I've heard it because I don't agree with them on this issue either.

Jeeze, wtf are you arguing about? Has it been said by different folks in the media and/or player-type 'guests' for the last two years/? Hell yes. Are they right or who is more credible in their analysis of it? Who fukin cares. I don't, I'm not arguing the point. I know they have probably overselling to date.

It's pretty obvious reading any of the Tampa homer shite that think they have their franchise guy. Like some here. Right or wrong, right now both teams' offices and fans have hope they finally have a good, 'franchise' QB, and certainly in comparison to their/our respective QB history, it would seem that way. But it's totally relative when you don't have, say, tomfukingbrady.

I'm not arguing anything Dipshit. Go back and read the thread over, I just asked Mags who was calling Freeman a franchise QB because I think it's riduculous.

I seriously wanted to know and up to now I've seen Warren Sapp, the guy that drafted him and some douche that worked for the observer label him a franchise QB, which is about what I expected.

Touche. If Sean Koo printed it, then I'm on board with Josh Freeman being a top tier QB. Lets bump Rivers or The Rapist out of the big six and add Freeman. Case closed.

Stop it, guys. It's one thing to argue with an obnoxious but sincere asshole like me. Pi knows nothing about football and cares nothing about football, except when the Patriots do well or he's bored and wants to get a reaction from someone.

I think it's time to start being a little more realistic about our grossly (pun intended) overrated offensive line.

Um no, you just couldn't comprehend what I was saying.

When you build your team around a QB who you think can lead you into the future...NOT a stopgap or someone who is a game manager because there isn't someone out there suitable to build around...then you have your franchise guy.

Cam is a guy we're obviously structuring our team around now, and our offensive philosophy. Whether he pans out or not remains to be seen. Would I consider him our franchise QB yet? Not yet...not yet...I think there has to be a timeframe met of acceptable play before we can consider one that.

But people have been saying Freeman is a franchise QB all year last year.
