    we were missing 2 and davis for a good portion of the last game against the world champs. if we don't give up the 2 long TD passes and we score more points in the redzone, we win that game. if we can get those areas fixed quickly we can win a lot of games.

    geez ... some folks just look for reasons to lose hope.

    I never said you did. I'm just saying that people calling Cam 'elite' or 'franchise' after 2 good games (losses BTW) are out of their minds.

    Let's give it a few seasons before he gets labled anything including a flop.

    Not sure if he is elite or a francise qb but I think it's safe to say the Panthers will not be pissing away a pick on a qb next year. Even though there will be a shit ton of good qb's in next years draft. Which also makes trading clausen even less valuable than he already his.

    Who at espn called Freeman a franchise QB? I'm hoping the word "potential" was squeezed in there somewhere.
