    I was surprised GB went for that on 4th. down. I think they likely said F this, were better than these guys, lets grab the lead before the half. A little over confident and hopefully cam makes them pay.... Stupid penalty on Legadu

    yeah I can see calling that penalty but you see hand checking on that type play 100% of the time.

    I'm not unimpressed. The magic of the first couple drives isn't necessarily there but he's able to do this against a good defense. At the least, it's poised, and within the offense. Staying within the offense was a worry. Now, we'll have to wait a bit for accuracy.

    Doesn't matter what happens in the second half this young defense held the Packers to 7 points in the first half. Nice job. :de-mote:

    I think the run game is being shut down because the McCarthy is willing to take a chance on making Newton beat him. They will make adjustments as halftime that will loosen up the defense for the run if we want to exploit it. Need to run Stewart up the middle of Dom's 3-4.

    I don't think we can get a run game going, though. They're just better than us there right now. Which blows, but unless we're dying to get some PA passing going, I'd as rather screen to get the backs involved.
