    They only had two better than average pitchers then, Bunning and Short(?). They`ve got a lot better than that now.

    What made the collapse by the Mets so sweet was that the Phillies passed them and the Mets didn't make the playoffs. I laughed my ass off on that one!!!:EMOSTdungHL1:

    Phils have to play 33 games in the last 31 days of the season. Better to be up and be able to rest a player from time to time when playing so many games in a short period.
