    Safeties are pretty young, and they're sort of the key to making this system work well. Just kind of scary to think about Philadelphia being a bunch of talented veterans, but they complained about McD being too complex. I'm not backing off my support of hiring him, but it does seem like it's going to take some time for the defense to get comfortable and execute consistently. And in the interest of pointlessly beating dead horses, Marcel Dareus sure would make a hell of a difference out there. *sigh*

    Yeah, he's not ready. I'm not sure what Clausen's numbers are, but I'd rather see him start. Otherwise, I could see Cam being booed at BOA by the end of the season. I'd rather see us ruin the confidence of a 2nd rd QB, not the #1 overall pick.
