    I didn't say you claimed his title was something else, I pointed out that you're full of shit by pretending that the general manager is not responsible for the roster or contracts. You absolve Hurney and blame other people, including Richardson, when it's Hurney's job to do what is being discussed. Jerry Richardson didn't decide to sign Olindo Mare. Jerry Richardson also didn't decide how much to pay Olindo Mare.

    In the world according to magnus, Bill Polian isn't running things in Indianapolis, he's just carrying out the wishes of Jim Irsay. Meanwhile, A.J. Smith isn't running things in San Diego, he's just following the orders of Alex Spanos. The same goes for Bill Belicheck and Bob Kraft.

    It seems like that's exactly the sort of 'intellectual dishonest' bullshit that you get panties in a wad about, but that you still easily attribute to me. In separate posts because you're clearly not upset about it. So, since you're 'intellectually honest', you'll be happy to show me where I said the above things or even mentioned those teams or teams other than Carolina.


    Nice diversion by the way. Don't worry, we'll continue to cover this over time and you won't be able to divert forever. I mean, Jerry Richardson's only said 2-3 things suggesting his heavy involvement in this offseason, based on a labor contract he was a primary motive force to create. He might say another 1 or 2 before preseason ends. And you can feel free to ignore them, too.

    It's not in the "world according to magnus" that Bill Polian isn't running things in Indianapolis. It's in the world according to Collin. Indy has a GM and it ain't Bill Polian.
