    There are a few other guys I would have rather had. At least he should know the offense and that may be valuable in teaching it to Cam and Pickle. When we drafted Newton we gave up any plan for getting a quality veteran. I would have loved to see us trade for Orton but not going to happen.

    If we weren't gonna get Volek, it makes sense given the situation.

    Which is, heavily invested in 2 green as hell Qbs that don't have proper time to learn the offense. Got to have someone that knows it, we have only days really before someone has to get on the field and run it.
