Uggla is up to .206, well at least he has 19 homers and 44 rbis. I just noticed he has a 20 game hit streak. This just proves how much he sucked early on, a 20 game streak and he still is only at .206.

It's no suprise that the Braves did not give up what was needed to get Hunter Pence. Phillies helped themselves but I still think the Braves are ok. They have a better overall pitching staff than Philly and when they get back McCann, Chipper, Shaefer, McClouth, Moylan, they will be in good shape. I'm not going to be shoked if they don't make a move to get a bat before the deadline.

Eat a sweaty dick. It dealt with both the Braves and Phils

Solid OBP. Leader in SB. Signed through 2012. Sounds good to me.

Without question, the Braves bullpen is so much better than Philly's that is negates the slight advantage they have in starters. Ask any GM in the majors who's staff they would rather have and it's a landslide, the Braves.

Not a bad deal but they gave up some good arms. Bourn will help the team because he can hit and play defense. He's a better player than Shaeffer at the plate, I rate them about even on defense.

I just hope that the latest curse of wearing a Braves uniform doesn`t fall on him. The curse of forgetting how to hit.
