That maximizes our talent? Who is your second Wide Out? I think we'll use that set a lot but it's not going to create any mismatches.

And how much would you expect Cam to work under center this year?

If they want to put Stewart and Williams on the field together then that's how they'll do it, but no, I don't think that's the best formation for this roster. I don't see any real need to try and play those two simultaneously. What I do expect is to use two tight ends and two wideouts on the majority of plays. As for Cam, I expect him to be under center most of the time.

TE in the HB role or single back sets?

Singleback. I don't know if Olsen has any experience in an H-back role.

I think the whole Steward and Williams on the field at the same time quote is being taken way to far. "Multiple formations" means basically nothing as far as depth of the playbook. At most it will be comparable to the way many teams have used the wildcat.

Chicago used Olsen in the backfield in some of their offset I stuff. I'll try to put up some screen caps of it later. I'm guessing we'd move him all over the place, kinda like we did with Rosario, with Shockey as more of the inline guy.

Here is a Bears game from '09. Kinda shows you how much they move Olsen around.

it won't matter as much the structure of where they line up. They won't put the two on the field together to have one block. There are gimmick plays that work on misdirection that don't work in the pros because you're trying to keep support personnel from coming up too quickly, as opposed to which direction the defensive front's moving in (i.e., the triple option's fullback dive, the wing-T's trap fake from the FB on the buck sweep where the pros just run with power including the fullback to the hole).

But certainly, I doubt they're looking to run Stewart lead in the I to take a pounding. No more than the suggestions of a pro multiple defense this year, I don't think they'll spend excessive time implementing thngs this year that will take up prep time.

Putting them both in the backfield next to a shotgunned QB, that would tend to be the quickest, easiest way to shove them both out. Since it's zone you have two swing routes read by the RB and QB as to whether or not they need to block. QB doesn't even have to look downfield but can still have two options, then run. You can run that twice a game or so.
