Id rather spend 40 mill on Dlo than Eric Weddle, I know that much.

Seems like letting one RB walk and making a play for a top top CR might have been a smart move to make. Maybe something will happen yet.

Rivera, Shockey, Olson, Newton, Williams, Stewart, Smitty back too.

No more Fox Ball in Carolina

True. I don't know if it means more wins, but it should definitely be more watchable.

Watching Fox ball was incredibly enjoyable when it was done appropriately. Pounding the ball then going deep to Smith was entertaining as hell. Delhomme, Clausen and Davidson ruined it for us.

I disagree. It's not even the ball-control part that annoyed me, as you can be an incredibly entertaining run team, but the Panthers were boring because of the predictability of their play-calling and the lack of variation in their formations.

this. despite the greater need at WR I'd rather pay him than Sidney Rice too. I mean, generically I'd prefer a player at a need position, but...

That I agree with. If everyone in the sports bar I watch the game at knows what play is coming, I'm guessing the defense does as well.

Yeah, because a tweet is more compelling than no other team in the NFL even coming close to the Panthers' offers for those two players.
