Really, we're fine with Stewart/Goodson/Sutton. I really like Sutton.

Meh, really not overly thrilled with anyone beyond Johnson and maybe Anderson but Johnson to me is the guy to lock up. I'd prefer it not be a stupid deal, but new definitions of stupid are drawn so frequently it is hard to keep up.

I'm not really that far off of that.

So you are willing to just let Davis walk? You don't even have him in the conversation?

me, I wouldn't, and he probably will come cheaper than Anderson (and is more talented), but I'd see a reasoning to not keep both in either form.

I unintentionally left him off, but he would be behind Anderson on my list.

I agree Davis' injuries are a concern, but the dude was lights out before the first ACL. Other than that he is athletically superior to Anderson and a much better football player.

it's a very unbalanced situation at LB. It's a strength, but it's not. Big deal to Anderson to keep him makes our 3rd best LB our highest paid one. Choose wrongly on the other end, you play a 6th rounder all year.

Point taken - we need to make good decisions.

I still think DT, CB, and WR are bigger concerns.

Davis is not at all suited to playing strongside linebacker, whereas Anderson was great there. If Anderson wants too much money then you could play Connor at SLB, but then you have absolutely no competent backups.
