    $15 is a lot for an extra hour. You've got to be a pretty big beer connoisseur, or have a huge social phobia for that.

    I call them whatever. I don't own a brewery so I'm in with a club.


    Hour early is a ripoff. You show up at 1:45 or so, stand in a line. Get in. I've always been drinking for a bit before the first wave comes in anyway but I stop in time to get a headache until everyone leaves at 8, limp it to a mexican restaurant with my friends, and drive home.

    The question, "do you plan to sample beers while volunteering" on the volunteer application I found intriguing....
