    That's not good at all and if it come out that the University waived those tickets, that is even worse.

    For those that don't know, UNC has a seperate campus police than the Chapel Hill police and the campus police handle tickets only on the campus itself (although they generally don't write them, they hire students to do that for them).

    Pretty much all of the spaces on campus require a specific permit during weekdays.

    No offense taken, but from day one every single thing I have said has proven to be accurate.

    I don't pretend to know what the NCAA knows. I'll have to wait and see just like everyone else. (unless my little birdie lets me know ahead of time :retard:)
