    Stafford is bound to get hurt again and they only have one weapon in the passing game. Their secondary is also terrible the line will go a long way in covering that up but better teams will carve them up.

    that is pretty awesome, Lions still have a lot of holes but they may have the best set of DTs in the league now.

    According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Panthers became only the third team since 1970 to take quarterbacks in the first 50 picks in consecutive drafts.

    The others were in 1982 and '83. The Bills drafted Matt Kofler 48th overall in '82, then took Jim Kelly 14th the following year.

    Baltimore took Art Schlichter at No. 4 in '82 before snagging John Elway first in '83.

    Kelly played in the USFL before going to Buffalo three years later. Elway never played for Baltimore.

    Sorry, but I fear the Lions no more today than I did last week. Fairley's inconsistency, coupled with KVB's age doesn't suddenly make them the '75 Steelers. They have nothing on the perimeter, and their LB's are not playmakers. That, and GB/CHI, twice each.

    Bowers is Mike Rucker with a shitty leg. We are ok passing on that. But, sure, wouldn't mind having the 33rd overall.
