Dayum! Look at this food they serve ya at the ZBB Front porch!

    I saved a menu ---

Starter - local vegetables with buttermilk avocado ranch dip (wonderful!) and fine cheese assortment w/flat bread.

Salad - grilled romaine caesar salad w/pretzel croutons (so good!) & shaved parmesan.

Entrees - Creekstone Farms Beef Tenderloin grilled w/Georgia Clay Rub (yum!) and horseradish encrusted grouper w/basil pesto cream (I don't eat fish but my mom enjoyed it).

Sides - Mediterranean Mac & Cheese w/olives, capers, herbs, sun dried tomatoes & feta cheese & jive turkey collard greens (w/sweet onions, white balsamic vinegar & pulled smoked turkey).

Dessert - chocolate peanut butter biscuit pudding w/creamy caramel/bourbon glaze (so decadent!)

Wine, beer & non-alcoholic drinks...then they had a late night menu upon request where you could get what they were selling to the crowds....we tried these over the next two days but didn't have them at the stageboxes because ZBB was on....the options were Zac's Pork Tenderloin w/love sauce & topped with cucumber salad, GA Clay rub beef tenderloin slider w/pocket knife slaw (I had this at the show the next day - so good) or Chef Rusty's Creole Jambalaya w/chicken, sausage & shrimp).

And yes there was plenty! They serve it family style & there is more than enough for the table & you can request more.
