Maybe Laettner can take Wojo's place on the Duke bench.

Ex-Duke star Christian Laettner is searching for a coaching gig

His game winner against UConn is underrated. Of course if Abdelnaby hadn't missed a gimmie right before the end of the game there wouldn't have been an OT.

Wojo will be a head coach somewhere soon. I think he'll be a pretty good one. If Collins got his dad's coaching DNA, he would be the one I go after though.

More and more I've been thinking Collins might get the shot to take over for K. But who knows. I'd go after him too, I think he's almost ready.

    need HC experience

sitting beside K on that Duke bench is good, but those 2 guys will have to shoulder the duties of a head coaching job somewhere maybe a mid-major to really prove their worth. And what about Johnny Dawkins at Stanford? seemed he was the heir apparent to step in K's shoes, but now finding the going very tough w/ the Cardinal.

How about Dawkins? He's getting head coaching experience now and I'm sure he'd be back at Duke in a heartbeat if Duke wanted him once K retires.
