    Apparently, Sportsyapp (Bryce Johnson) is no longer on FOXSPORTS730 . . . It looks like Friday was his last show. They are running THE LOOSE CANNONS right now until they find a replacement .. . .

    **yeah, he can't go back on the air until June, but he can still do off the air stuff for FOXSPORTS730 until he goes back on the air, right? 3 months is enough time to get everything together for a June return on the air, eh :) ? ? ? ? ?

    Im not a pimp for Packman, Im just musing out loud why Bryce Johnson is no longer at FOXSPORTS730 . . . In most major cities with a real newspaper, something like this would get some type of mention in the local paper (some of them even have SPORTS MEDIA Reporters, believe it or not!!!!!). I mean, the QC newest sportstalk station drops their PM drivetime host after only 6-8 months on the job ? ? ?

    Oopsss, that's right, the Observer has all their writers covering who the Panthers #1 draft pick will be in the upcoming NFL Draft & the aftermath of Duke/UNC failiing to make the FINAL FOUR this year (inser several rolling eyes here) . . .

    yeah, I'm still curious as to what happened at 730. Someone at the station told me that they were going back to a live local show on Monday, but wouldn't give me any more details.

    I am not missing Packer at all. I'd rather listen to that Rebecca Black song over and over again rather than listen to Packer.

    I couldn't agree more.....Packer's ego got the best of him and he became a slop-eating, condescending bore. Think about how many times you heard him blather on about the free food that was hauled in there....in the end he was boring because he just trotted out the same old crap every day. I prefer good national sportstalk anyway because it is better produced and they understand what the audience wants.

    That said, I'm glad SDS made the topic. Shame because I really liked SportsYapp a lot. I had been missing it this week and won't bother wasting any more time for them to return.

    Bad move 730, don't compound it by hiring that blowhard.

    Not at all. Just finally got rid of him and he could be like Beetlejuice... the more he's talked about, the more people will get the wrong impression that he is missed and was good.

    I liked Sportsyapp, but I thought I had been listening to it all this week, so I guess I really dont know the difference
