    asst coach not head coach a little difference you think? Look I know Fox is your boy but you need to face what the facts show. It is what it is, average at best.

    The facts show never worse than 7-9 with a super bowl, an NFCCG and a 12-4 division title thrown in during the good years. That is better than average. The average coach does not last more than a year or two.

    Actually, 3 winning seasons in 9 years, with zero back-to-back winning seasons, is not better than average. It pretty much sucks.

    When he was good, he was good. Couple of great playoff runs.

    His attitude sucked hard last year though, the team was not even competitive. This is a guy that got us to 7-9 with no QB, while bringing Testaverde off the couch.

    You can't throw out 2-14, Thelt.

    Glad he's gone, really wish JR had sent him packing or he'd have quit after '09.
