Good game for the Heels tonight. Led pretty much start to finish. I figured dook might make a run at them in the second half but I had confidence the Heels would fight them off this time.

Tough game for dook having to play 4 on 5. Thats about what it was when Singler was on the floor. He was useless all night. Wonder what his cumulative shooting stats were for both UNC games were this year?

Quite a one year turn around for Carolina from last season's disaster.

    6-31 overall FG
    1-11 from 3pt

Don't recall who was playing D on him the first game, but Barnes and McDonald did a great job this game. The UNC defense was a lot more consistant the entire game. Smith is still a beast of a player and you always have to worry about Curry and those damn 3's, luckily the rest of the Duke team was shutdown.

Against the #4 team in the country, that was pretty much a woodshed job.

Ratface and the dookies should be thankful for Nolan Smith, he won the first game for them and keep them from getting blown away in the second.

If Im Duke, I move Singler back to the 4 for the NCA Tourny. There other bigs are crap and he's their only chance down low. I start Curry at the 3. I know he's a little undersized, but that seems to be a better lineup than they've been running.

Very gratifying to be regular season champions considering where they were last year and the exodus of unhappy players

The way that Kendall Marshall play last night you would have thought that he is a senior and not a freshman the another reason why Tar Heels won last night is thanks for the great defense of play by unc.
