    Jesus fuck some bots.

Allright - I've cooked 6 meals. Each of them staples, and each one far better tasting and much easier to cook than on other grills that I've used.

    Pork Ribs
    Pork Shoulder
    Pizza
    Brownies
    Pork Tenderloin
    Potatoes
    Chicken breasts
    Burgers

This thing lives up to the hype.

so why's it better than, say, my cheap Brinkmann?

Dunno. But it is. I had one of those.

OK - what I do know:

    Made way better.
    Super efficient with fuel
    Easily, relatively effortlessly stabilizes temperatures
    Women can light / use
    Apparently retains moisture.
    Not a can.

Yeah. I mulled it over for a year. When I needed a new smoker and a new grill, I decided to just buy the egg, and I hated spending the $$.

That said I'd do it again, twice.

I've had one for 2 years and it really is fantastic. Roast a whole chicken in the egg and you won't use your oven again. Ultra seared steaks and rare to med-rare in the middle. I've smoked 5 briskets with different rubs as well as pork ribs and it is better than any restaurant I've been too. I think the key contributor is the "cowboy"charcoal and the venting.

how is the egg any better for burgers or chicken breast...things that don't need to cook a long time. I can see on brisket, shoulder, etc. I know they are insulated better than my house and would be way more efficient.
