    I got down to 170 right after chemo in 2004 - gained it all back and then some, and now I'm about 215 which is right where I should be since I'm 6'4. I still drink soft drinks, but not nearly as many, and I work out at least 4 times a week. So my beer/coca-cola/milk gut is considerably less than it was.
