What lawyer locally wants to make an ememy of a millionaire?
It seems most are associated with a firm and they don`t act alone.

when the panthers were selling psl's, one of the main selling points was how purchasing should be looked as an investment that would increase in value over time. They were right about the increase alright. Tickets have increased over double the original price and psl's are maybe worth 20% of the original price. Dont see it getting better any time soon either.

As with any 'investment', there is risk. There was never a guarantee that the value would go up. However, there have been plenty of times during the Panther's existence where the values were higher. As for me, I bought my PSL so i could have season tickets to the Carolina Panthers. I have never considered selling them and have spent 12 years living in other cities.

Your PSL gives you the right to buy tickets to see the Carolina Panthers play. Nothing more, nothing less.

that's my point, if there is a lock out they are not living up to their in of the deal in providing a means to see the Panthers play. Weather they suck or not is not the issue.

And that is why they are refunding your money if there are games that aren't played.

What happens if I refuse to pay and then they have a lockout? Will they cancel or re-sell my PSL's? Good luck - I've been trying to get rid of them for years for face value, who the hell is going to buy them?? Until I find out if there's a lockout or not, I'm not paying.

I think that unless the PSL agreement says specifically that you are not entitled to interest on your ticket refund, they'd be obligated to give you that interest.
