what's silly? He was already on the hot seat. I agree it may not be fair to Lowe, but the real world is he still hasn't won.

Exactly. This is year 5. The ACC is complete garbage this year (except Duke, who still isn't that impressive). If Sid cannot get at least a top half finish, he's done.
At this rate, he might not even get an NIT bid.
There's already growing apathy for the basketball program..I don't think Yow likes the growing number of empty seats in the RBC center.

Go out, find a young coach from a smaller program, and try to breath some life back into this dead program.

I was thinking about him yesterday. Good time to google and see if he's still #2 in career assists. That was an amazing era for PGs in the ACC, seemed like every team had a great PG. Miss that, I was too young to fully appreciate the talent level in the conference.

He's still #2, I had forgotten Ed Cota took #3 on the overall list. Could be one of those records that never gets broken, Kidd was supposed to smash it but obviously only stayed one year. Who could average 10 apg now and stay in school for 4 years?

Why? Dayton always looks good on paper and then fails to live up to expectations.
