do you think coming here will make him any more mature or any less of a headcase?

No, probably not. But at the very least he'd be an upgrade over Clausen.

Id let Anderson walk in favour of someone hitting FA, might get a better deal at that position.

The question is, does TD stay with the injury history. Could let both walk for other guys in all honesty.

Otahs and TDs recoveries are crucial in 2011

Agree, James Anderson is not a priority. Thomas Davis is going to be re-signed and he plays the same position (and is a vastly superior player) Besides we have Dan Connor and Jason Williams coming back as well. James Anderson wont be back next season.

Anderson has not been on IR for almost two years. It might be better to keep him and let Davis walk. I think they can both play together as well. Anderson, Beason and Davis would make a nice starting group.

I doubt Davis has the leverage to demand outrageous money based on his medical history but when both are healthy Anderson can't touch Davis ability. I like Connor but I still feel a lot better with Beason in the middle. I wonder if we would consider trading Connor and moving Beason back over?

Provided when Davis is healthy will he be the same player. Those wheels start to go bad, it goes bad fast.

Beason WILL be back at MLB next season. You can bank on it. He only played ROLB this season due to injuries.
