Many hard- ons for this guy. I know nothing. Please explain why he's now the top prospect?

he's considered more of a pro-style prospect than Newton, but he plays in a spread, too.

hard to say, he's a wild card. I don't consider any of the QBs to be top ten right now.

Funny that until Luck withdrew, his name was never mentioned. Id rather see the Panthers swing for the fence, and take Newton than mess with him. I think with Newton you either get a more mobile McNair, or another J Russell. IMHO you have to take a chance if QB is the draft choice.

Seen him play a few games for Mizzou over the past couple of years. I wasn't that impressed with him to be honest.

The QBs in the draft this year are like tech stocks in the 90s. Way overvalued.

In all fairness to Russell tho he was a fat bastard that had the potential to balloon Kris Jenkins style.

I liken Newton more to that lad down in Tampa.

How about Kellen Moore or Stanzi as late rounders?

It sucks that Hurney fucked up the 2nd rounder because we cant even do the DT 1st round QB second round thing.

We cant surely go in to 2011 as Clausen the declared starter, someones gotta come in to challenge realistically in camp, Vet or not.

Brees is an exception to many rules.
